Polygonal painting began to develop for me around 2012. Four black and white paintings came to light for an assignment, a challenge for fans in a booklet of a music band. The ideas were there, but I didn’t have the perfect knowledge or technique to make the idea graphically, so I tried it by painting on canvas. The paintings weren’t selected, but the experience with more professional painting remained, and in 2015 I decided to paint professionally. I made a few more graphic sketches only in a sketchbook, and I published them only in 2014. I am generally a slow person, and today I know that I made a mistake, that I put things off for later, as if I had a lot of time and eternal health. It is a mistake. I advise young people, don’t put things off for later, do them now, because times and circumstances change, whether it’s health, relationships, family. This is what I think, but maybe everything is as it should be. Realistically. But if you can, don’t play the form, do it now.
