2. Purchasing and Payment Methods
Orders can be placed via the following methods:
• E-shop: Using the automated shopping cart.
• E-mail: Orders sent to contact@vierasagova.com, with confirmation and invoicing handled individually.
Payment Methods:
• Credit/Debit Card: Via the payment gateway integrated into the e-shop.
• Bank Transfer: Based on the issued invoice (order).
• Cash on Delivery: Payment upon receipt of goods from the courier/postal service.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated based on the price lists of carriers (Slovenská pošta, Packeta, FedEx, DHL, UPS), including packaging and customs duty expenses.

4. Withdrawal from the Contract and Returns
• Withdrawal (before dispatch): Customers have the right to cancel an order within 24 hours of submission without stating a reason by sending an e-mail.
• Returns (after receipt): Customers have the right to return goods within 30 days of receipt. The goods must be undamaged and in their original packaging. The costs of return shipping are to be borne by the customer.
5. Complaints and Claims
• If the artwork arrives damaged, the customer is obliged to contact the seller via e-mail immediately (preferably within 24 hours of receipt) and provide photographs of the damage.
• Complaints are processed in accordance with the applicable laws of the Slovak Republic.
6. Privacy Policy (GDPR)
As the operator, we process personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the purchase contract (order processing, invoicing, and shipping).
