1. Withdrawal from the Contract (30-Day Returns)
In accordance with our terms and conditions, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without providing a reason within 30 days of receiving your order.
How to proceed:
1. Notify us: Send us the completed form. Please fill in your IBAN only if you wish to receive the refund to your bank account.
2. Pack the artwork: Please return the item in its original, protective packaging to ensure it arrives safely.
3. Shipping address: Send the package to: Viera Šágová, Zvonárska 23, 04001 Košice, Slovakia.
4. Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item to ensure it is in its original condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Complaints (Damaged Items)
If your artwork arrives damaged, please accept our sincere apologies. We will prioritize resolving this issue for you.
How to proceed:
1. Report immediately: Please contact us via email within 24 hours of delivery. Attach clear photographs showing both the damage to the artwork and the condition of the packaging.
2. Assessment: Once we verify the details, we will contact you to arrange a replacement or a full refund.

• Who covers the return shipping costs? The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
• What condition must the item be in? All returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition in which they were received.
• What if the item was damaged while unpacking? Unfortunately, items damaged during unpacking are not eligible for a return. We kindly recommend handling all artwork with extra care.
